Essex 2020 Science Festival
Branding and communications
We created a campaign identity to underpin and unite all activities, including graphic assets, image library, toolkit and guidelines for creating marketing materials.
Each letter of ESSEX was depicted graphically to tie in with its relevant STEAM area. To further the theme of innovation and cutting-edge technologies, the identity was supported by a selection of curated images which inspired curiosity and blurred the lines between each of the five areas. Together, they formed the visual language to express the connections and influences between science and art to create ‘wonder’.
